Liliya is a seasoned marketing and sales executive with over 15 years of experience in the asset management and financial services industry. Most recently, she served as Head of Marketing at ICU, a leading Ukrainian investment firm and licensed AIFM, where she led the firm’s marketing strategy, branding, and investor engagement across multiple business lines.

Between 2017 and 2022, Liliya played a central role in elevating ICU’s market presence. She led the end-to-end marketing and communications strategy, developed new investment product campaigns, and organized flagship events—including the Ukrainian Financial Forum, widely recognized as the country’s most anticipated financial industry event. Her work also included launching ICU’s Business Books initiative, which brought best-selling financial literature to Ukrainian readers as part of a broader brand-building and client education strategy.

Prior to this, she held the position of Senior Sales Executive at ICU, where she combined investor relationship management with product development and PR. During her tenure, she originated new institutional and retail clients, supported the acquisition of three pension funds, and co-led brand modernization efforts, including the group’s rebranding and digital platform rollout.

Earlier in her career, Liliya led local sales teams at Adamant Investments and Foyil Securities, where she focused on growing domestic investor networks and marketing asset management services. She also held roles in trade settlement, back office operations, and marketing support—giving her a well-rounded foundation in capital markets and investment operations.
