Timotheos is an Associate on the Global Emerging Markets Credit team at Blackbeard Asset Management, where he supports investment research across high-yield and distressed debt opportunities in EM and frontier markets. Since joining in 2024, he has been actively involved in credit modelling, relative value analysis, and fundamental research on issuers across Latin America, CEEMEA, and Asia.

Timotheos brings a strong background in fixed income analysis and structured financial modelling. Prior to joining Blackbeard, he was a Manager in the Transfer Pricing department at EY Cyprus, where he led international advisory projects involving complex intra-group financial transactions. His work focused on credit spread modelling, interest rate and FX swap analysis, and the application of rating methodologies to assess cross-border debt structures. He also developed internal training on financial modelling and credit risk tools, including Bloomberg and Moody’s analytics platforms.

Earlier in his career, Timotheos worked as an Audit Associate at PwC Cyprus, following his completion of national service as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Cyprus National Guard.
